We had the pleasure of doing a photo booth rental at the first ever Ignite Music Festival in Vancouver, BC. The event took place outdoors on a beautiful day at the Plaza of Nations. The event was headlined by rap superstar Rick Ross, who put on an entertaining show for the fans.
It was the perfect day for an outdoor concert, as the sun beamed down onto guests, as they flowed through the gates for the inaugural Ignite Musical Festival, on the Canada Day long weekend. The setting of the Plaza of Nations provided an amazing backdrop for the anticipated event. The spectacle was headlined by several exciting acts, including Sickick, Merkules, and Rick Ross. Waka Flocka Flame had been advertised for the show, but was unable to make the trip.
We set up the photo booth in the covered and luxurious VIP area. The VIP lounge had a great ambiance, with its lounge seating, and cocktail tables, allowing guests to enjoy the festivities in luxury and comfort. The covered nature of the area allowed us to snap some amazing photos, as gorgeous daylight flooded in from all directions, creating flattering light for the guests.
Our setup was portable and wireless, and included fun photo booth props for the guests. The happy guests were not shy and made good use of our booth, taking no shortage of photos.
The client hired us one day prior to the exciting event. With a fun event of this magnitude, there was no way that we weren’t going to do this show. We immediately had the company send us their branding and marketing materials, and customized layouts and templates for the event. We were able to get the customizations and photo booth ready, just in time for the concert.
